At AMCS Denmark, we specialize in transport optimization systems for truck fleets across a range of industries like waste, recycling, postal service, oil and building materials. We have mastered this for more than 15 years now and continue to grow. The AMCS routing solutions are very complex software packages based on advanced optimization algorithms and state of the art software technology.


In support of AMCS’ continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a high achieving individual to join our team of Professional Services consultants based in our Copenhagen office. You are committed to understanding what drives users to adopt our products and how to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that foster adoption. You are a great communicator and engage effectively with internal and external clients. You can partner effectively with cross-functional teams to align with your client strategies to drive business results. You can measure results to drive continuous improvement in your client engagements. You are curious and a lifelong learner who isn’t afraid of pushing the boundaries of the learning field



·      Ability to build education curricula in consultation with our Customers to drive change and business results

·      You are familiar with the latest trends in the learning field and with e-learning development

·      Proven ability to deliver high quality training both internally to our employees and externally to our Customers

·      Increase user adoption through a series of events, training and on demand content

·      Support user adoption with consistent tracking and providing additional training where required

·      Conduct skills gap analyses to understand areas for development

·      Work closely with our team of Consultants to develop and maintain materials that represent what the learner needs to achieve the desired outcomes

·      Help develop and implement programs for knowledge management and enablement

·      Solicit input and feedback from stakeholders, customers, peers, subject matter experts, etc. based on standard review processes

·      Open to travel where you will spend time on site working with Customers

·      Self-starter / self-regulator (needs little instruction)

·      Energetic, positive attitude

·      Technical savviness (regular use of social media and electronic devices) preferred



Skills & Experience:

·      Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and delivering technical training

·      Able to demonstrate previous training content development

·      Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills

·      Must have initiative and work well in a team-based environment

·      Experience working with, and delivering training for both internal and external clients

·      A Technical flair combined with a motivation for interacting with customers

·      Fluency in the English language


Technical / Professional Qualifications:

·      Experience with Microsoft Office, eLearning, and virtual learning technologies

·      Strong Engineering background
